METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We accept: Discover, Master Card, Visa, and American Express. Please have credit card and billing address available when ordering. You may also pay COD with a business, cashier or personal check, $9.00 COD Fee will be applied to each box. Checks should be made payable to 'Nail Tech Supply'. Please call us at 1-800-473-6062 for COD orders.

PREPAY ORDERS:
If you would like to prepay your order with a check or money order to avoid additional charges, contact customer service and place your order, obtain a confirmation of the order and order number, then mail your check or money order to Nail Tech Supply, 6840 N Oak, Gladstone, MO 64118, referencing the order number on the check. If the order number is not on the check we cannot reference your order.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
If you are interested in a product or certain size of product that you do not see in the catalog, please ask our customer service department when placing your order. We are able to order special item upon request, some products may not be available due to territorial arrangements with the manufacturer. All special orders must be prepaid and are non-returnable.

MISSING ITEMS:
Claims for missing items must be done within 3 business days of receiving your order.

RETURNS &EXCHANGES:
100% satisfaction guaranteed! If any product is not satisfactory you can return it within 60 days for full credit or refund of purchase price or exchange with no hassle. All electrical equipment & drills must be returned within 30 days from receipt for full credit or exchange. No returns accepted after 30 days on these items. Manufacturers warranties still apply. Bi-Monthly or promotional items must be returned or exchanged during deal period complete. All sales on nippers or tools are not returnable due to sterilization and hygienic purposes. Books and videos are not returnable unless packaged in the original shrinkwrap. Non-stock special orders are not returnable. Please allow ten business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return. A 15% restocking charge may be applicable on certain items that are returned. Incomplete displays and partial kits are subject to restocking fees. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged goods. If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipping via ground service. There are no returns or exchanges on FREE goods on deals.

INSURANCE:
Orders are shipped 100% insured by Nail Tech Supply. Orders Shipped to Alaska & Hawaii: Nail Tech Supply pays 25% of net freight on orders over $199.00. Not applicable to educators, schools & chain salons.

REFUSED PACKAGES:
For COD shipments please have payment available upon delivery. All refused packages are subject to a $25.00 fee that must be paid before any future orders are shipped. Any future order must be prepaid.

BACK ORDERS:
At times products may need to be back ordered. When the total of back ordered items are $50 or more, we will ship your complete back order to you as soon as possible, and we pay all shipping fees. Backorders are not available on orders shipped air or COD. Items or combinations of items whose value is less than $50.00 may not be back ordered and need to be reordered on your next order.

SALES TAX:
Please add applicable sales tax on all merchandise delivered within California or Missouri. Sales Tax Resale Certificates must be on file to waive sales tax on retail items. Ask you Customer Service Representative for a Resale Certificate when placing your order. Nail Tech Supply is engaged in business in the county of Orange County and will collect and pay all district taxes associated with non-retail product delivered there in. It is the responsibility of the customer to report and pay district taxes associated with products delivered outside of Orange County.

DAMAGES:
Visible damages to cartons must be noted on the delivery freight bills. Reports for visible or concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to 1-800-473-6062.

PROFESSIONALS ONLY:
We sell strictly to licensed salon professionals, salon owners, beauty schools, and students. We require license numbers when placing your first order.

MSDS:
We provide FREE Material Safety Data Sheets for all products currently stocked at Nail Tech Supply that were purchased from Nail Tech Supply. To request your MSDS, please call 1-800-473-6062 or go to our website at www.nailtechsupply.com.

RESIDENTIAL CHARGE:
A $2.50 charge will be added for all noncommercial delivery by shipping carrier.
SHIPPING FEES:
exclude freight deliveries. Actual freight applicable on any discounted order. The above rates apply to Contiguous US only. Not applicable to educators, schools & chain salons.

NEXT DAY AIR:
Guarantees arrival by 4:00pm on the next business day when called in by 4:00pm PST. Most packages arrive before 12:00 noon! All shipping charges are the resonsibility of the customer. Orders & freight must be prepaid. Saturday Delivery is available at an additional charge.
